Join friends Page Sieffert and Athena Engelman as we give you the best of both worlds.   Page is a Pilates Teacher and Trainer and Athena Engelman is a Yoga Teacher and Trainer.  These two friends will be combining their talents and sharing their love of yoga and pilates with you in this 6 night/7 day long adventure to the beautiful coast of Northern Pacific Costa Rica in the Nicoya Peninsula.   Page Seiffert is a studio owner of Pilates Nosara with the Heart of Guiones Wellness Center as well as a resident of Nosara via Manhattan Beach, CA.   Come experience the land of monkeys and three toed sloths and friendly ticas (local Costa Ricans).  Get a massage, add a surf lesson or two and enjoy Costa Rica and a "local" experience.
