Fundamentals of Yoga (Back to Basics)

This workshop is designed for everyone from beginning yoga students
wanting to dive deeper into what feels good as well as intermediate and
advanced students as a refresher course. We will explore the basics of
yoga including breath control, body awareness and basic anatomy. Come learn about yoga in a safe, nurturing, environment.

Join Athena Engelman and Rachelle Castillo on this yoga adventure on the
Big Island of Hawaii. Come see the land of adventure, mystery and
storytelling on the only Hawaiian Island that boasts and active
volcano. During your 5 nights/ 6 day adventure you will be treated to
the surrounding beauty that is Ixchel. We will be having 2 yoga classes
every day in our gorgeous yoga studio with plenty of time for you to
sit and contemplate or to go out and adventure. Included with your yoga
is an amazing array of local island food. Since we are farmers we like
to support other farmers by buying and growing locally. With local
fresh fruits and vegetables we will satisfy your cravings for the
nourishing your body and your soul. Around the property are plenty of
places for you to relax, meditate, walk and read. Take the time to
breathe in the beauty that surrounds you.
